Postage and packing

All art prints are sent rolled in a heavy duty cardboard tube via Royal Mail's signed & tracked service. We can deliver to UK and European regions. For deliveries to other territories worldwide please contact us for a bespoke delivery cost. Goods for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs levies and other taxes outside our control. 

Delivery

We aim to personalise, print and deliver your order within 5 working days. When we confirm receipt of your order we will give you a guideline delivery date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. A further charge for redelivery will be levied if a returned parcel has to be re-sent due to an error on your behalf.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your personalised print so please do contact us with any concerns. Unfortunately, because each poster is individually personalised with your details, once the order is confirmed and payment is received I cannot accept returns or give refunds.  This policy does not affect your consumer legal rights where goods are faulty or mis-described. 

Faulty or damaged goods

Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please check delivery contents as soon as possible after delivery. In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit, please report problems promptly as a delay might jeopardise any claim.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Please provide photographic evidence to support your claim; this will speed the process up, particularly if it involves a third party (eg the courier).
